Our original room had damages to room and furniture as well as poor view of a brick wall. I informed the Assistant Manager Ms. Coakley of our concerns and she upgraded our room to a suite with city views! Great customer service from management! Selection and quality of food for breakfast was great .

Nice to have a fridge and microwave to make tea. Free bottled water in the lobby was very welcome. The breakfast was hot and offered exceptionally delicious items (including gluten free). The rooms were clean and sanitized well. This is a carousel with rotating slides. It displays featured reviews of the property.

It was so nice having almost a studio apartment for the room, and we always came back to a freshly made bed and clean bathroom after spending the day out.
